Where do you ship to?
We ship to over 90 countries!
Currently, we have 9 separate shipping regions, and each region has its own rates:

- G, H, I, J, K–Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Kosovo
- L, M, N–Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands
- P, R, S–Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden
- U, V–Ukraine, Vatican City

- Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland

- All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as we don’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. The list of countries may change periodically.
When will I receive my order?
Please check each product for the individual estimated shipping times. Generally, these are the estimated transit times for each region below.
USA: 10 business days.
International: 2-3 weeks.
When will I receive tracking information?
You will receive tracking information as soon as your product is shipped out. This generally takes 1-5 days and is item dependent.
Am I able to change my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can change your shipping address or cancel your order within an 1 hour after the order was placed.
Will all my products arrive in the same shipment?
If you order multiple different types of modern products, they may ship separately but at no additional cost to you.
Do you include a receipt or invoice in the packaging?
No invoices or receipts are included in our packages.
Can I edit my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you have 1 hour to Contact Us and request a change or edit after your order has been submitted.
Can I receive a product without my pet's name?
Of course, simply write "NO NAME" in the Pet Name box.
Can you create pet memorials?
Yes, of course. Please include the year or accompanying message in the Pet Name box.
What is your return policy?
Due to our modern custom pet products being custom made, we can't offer returns/refunds. We do offer a Satisfaction Guarantee which means we will work with you until we get things right.
My custom pet product arrive damaged, what do I do?
Although extremely rare, these things do happen. If that's the case, please Contact Us and we will offer you a replacement 100% free of charge.
How I can pay if I haven't PayPal account? We accept CREDIT CARDS!
Don't have a PayPal account? No problem! You don't need a PayPal account to checkout via PayPal. You can use your debit or credit card via their guest checkout.

3. Click the link with the question
DONT HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT?
4. Fill in the details of your card data
5. Then checkout.
If you pay by eCheck through PayPal, your order will not ship until the payment has cleared. PayPal will notify both of us by email when this has happened.
